Welcome to Tapd In. By creating an account, accessing a shared calendar link, or otherwise using our service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use Tapd In.
1.Description of Service
Tapd In is a shared project calendar tool for general contractors ("Owners") to manage project schedules and share progress updates with clients and subcontractors ("Guests") via unique invite links, without requiring Guests to create an account.
2.Accounts (Owners)
You must provide accurate information when creating an Owner account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an Owner account.
3.Guest Access
Guests access calendars via a unique link shared by an Owner. No account is required.
Access permissions (view-only or comment-enabled) are set by the Owner and may be changed or revoked at any time.
Guests are responsible for any content (comments, photos) they submit when permitted to do so.
4.Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Upload unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content
Attempt to access accounts, calendars, or data you are not authorized to view
Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages
Interfere with or disrupt the service's infrastructure or security
5.Content Ownership
Owners retain ownership of the project data, photos, and videos they upload.
By uploading content, you grant Tapd In a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the service (e.g., displaying it to invited Guests).
Guest-submitted comments and photos are owned by the Guest but may be viewed and retained as part of the Owner's project calendar.
6.Notifications
If you opt in to email or SMS notifications, you consent to receive messages related to updates on the project calendar(s) you have access to. You may opt out at any time (via the app, or by replying STOP to SMS messages). Message and data rates may apply.
7.Subscriptions & Billing
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full payment card details.
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
8.Beta / Early Access Features
Tapd In may offer certain features on a beta or early-access basis. These features are provided "as is" and may change, be limited, or be discontinued without notice.
9.Disclaimer of Warranties
Tapd In is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
10.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapd In and its owner/operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11.Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for any account that violates these Terms. Owners may close their account at any time; associated Guest links will become inactive.
12.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
